My Approach
My favorite thing about therapy is how it can inspire insights in clients and their relationships with others. I love supporting clients to look at all the separate parts of their lives as interconnected pieces of a whole. I believe that living a mindful and self-aware life is key to being our best selves. Grounded in a Relational Gestalt approach, my role as a therapist is to partner with clients on their journey. I value mindfulness meditation as a method of gaining personal insight. My hope is to offer relief to clients with difficulty managing anxiety, depression, and intrusive thinking, among other difficulties in daily living.
Growth and change take a lot of work. It is work that I have personally done and am continuously in the process of doing. Like many mental health professionals, I come to this work with my own lived experience of several mental health challenges. I bring deep sensitivity, empathy, and presence to my clients.
I am looking forward to partnering with you on navigating challenges to move through life with clarity and purpose. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me!
